· Annual leave accrues at 1.25 working days per month worked.
· Leave pay = daily rate (monthly ÷ 21.67) × leave days taken.
· Leave must be taken within 6 months after the end of the leave cycle (unless agreed otherwise).
· On termination, accrued leave must be paid out in full.
